Delivery Service: All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, with tracking provided once dispatched. Need it sooner? Postage upgrades are available at checkout.

Lost or Delayed: Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until 7 working days after the expected delivery date. If your order still hasn’t arrived by then, please get in touch and we will arrange a replacement.
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. We can’t offer a refund for incorrect addresses provided, but if the item is returned to sender, we will repost it for a small delivery fee.

Damaged:
Please send clear photos of the damage along with pictures of the outer packaging so I can raise a claim with Royal Mail. Once received, We will arrange a replacement for you.

Can I customise more than just the name on a print? Yes, I'm always happy to help make your print feel extra special! In addition to name personalisation, small edits (such as minor wording changes or adding more than one name) may be possible - just send me a message first to check.

Please note that more complex custom requests - like changing animals, colours, rearranging layouts, or altering illustrations - can be very time-consuming, and will require a custom design fee to cover the additional time and design work involved.

As a small business, I truly appreciate your understanding that these detailed edits go beyond standard personalisation and need to be booked in with care. I'm always happy to quote for custom work if you're unsure.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyers are responsible for return postage. Personalised items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or there's an error on the personalisation.

Exchanges - We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
